What are the responsibilities and job description for the SHS Drama Program Director Fall Winter Spring - 2026-2027 position at Sharon High School?
This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. This person is responsible for running the High School Drama Club in the fall, winter and spring and directing the shows.
Minimum qualifications:

Prior training and/or work experience with school or community theater or musical productions including prior directing experience.

Proficiency in coordinating technical aspects of theater production, such as set design, lighting, sound, and costume creation.

Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching young performers.

Flexibility in working evenings and weekends during production periods.

Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and creativity.

Dedication to the educational and personal development of students through the arts.
- Prior experience with METG is preferred.
Stipend per STA contract.
