Qualifications & Requirements
• Passion for working with young children
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• 12 ECE units preferred; candidates currently working toward their ECE units or willing to obtain the required units are encouraged to apply.
• Montessori experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to continue education and professional training
• Reliable, caring, and professional
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a fingerprint clearance and background check (Live Scan)
• Must obtain and maintain Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (or be willing to complete upon hire)
• Must provide proof of immunizations and TB clearance as required by licensing regulations
• Must meet all Community Care Licensing requirements for childcare employees
