As a Kitchen Manager, you're immersed in a bustling food service environment! Your day-to-day responsibilities revolve around overseeing our kitchen operations and ensuring our food and labor costs align with our budget. Managing our inventory, you order supplies as they run low and keep them organized. You train kitchen staff and develop methods for ensuring an efficient food service. Perhaps most importantly, you help create and uphold a positive culture where every employee feels empowered to do their best!
YOUR SCHEDULE
You generally work from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of kitchen management experience
- Communication and leadership skills
