Duties

• Perform cleaning duties throughout the restaurant, kitchen, or hotel areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting dining spaces efficiently
• Support food service operations by serving guests, delivering orders, and ensuring timely service
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house activities
• Communicate effectively with guests to address needs, answer questions, and enhance their overall experience
• Contribute to catering events or special functions by setting up, serving, and cleaning up as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in bussing, serving, or supporting hotel or catering operations is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the food industry and hospitality services
