Responsibilities:
- Handle a manageable caseload of DUI and Criminal cases. *you will start with about 20 cases and steadily increase your case load to full capacity depending on the complexity of your various cases and a healthy work-life balance.
- Help your client’s win at life – you will have autonomy to pursue the best defense for the client’s ultimate goal.
- Courtroom exposure – You will be negotiating plea offers and litigating cases. Your preparation is critical, but your ability to think on your feet and communicate well is tantamount to your success in this position.
- Conduct extensive research and analysis on a diverse array of DUI and criminal cases.
- Craft persuasive motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Collaborate – you will be working directly with other experienced attorneys. Organization and a clear strategy on each case will be vital.
