Life Insurance Sales Agent — No Experience Required
We are building a motivated, high-performing Life Insurance Sales Team in Schaumburg, IL and are looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in sales, insurance, and leadership.
No previous life insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, sales systems, and ongoing support to help you get started and grow.

What You’ll Do
- Speak with prospective clients interested in life insurance
- Understand clients’ needs and help identify suitable insurance solutions
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients
- Conduct phone and/or virtual sales appointments
- Complete applications and follow the sales process
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participate in sales training and team meetings
- Develop your sales and leadership skills
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong English communication skills
- Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Life Insurance license is preferred but not required to apply; candidates must obtain the appropriate license before conducting licensed insurance activities
