Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager, including deployment, configuration, policy creation, and ongoing administration.
- Strong background in endpoint security, identity and access management, and least-privilege principles across Windows and macOS/Linux environments.
- Ability to analyze logs and events, troubleshoot access-related issues, and work with incident response teams on privileged access incidents.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts such as Active Directory, group policies, networking basics, and integration of security tools into enterprise environments.
- Experience working within security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA) is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with scripting or automation tools (such as PowerShell or Python) to streamline EPM management and reporting is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant security or IAM certifications (e.g., CyberArk, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security ) are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Chicago, IL, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving security
