We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated detail-oriented and highly organized individual; who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and can independently manage estate planning client matters from drafting, to signing with great attention to detail and the ability to work with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with attorneys to ensure:
- Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents
- Maintain accurate matter tracking, workflow management, and follow-up using Clio CRM and case management systems
- Ensure files are progressing efficiently from engagement through signing and funding
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of dedicated experience as a Paralegal
- Strong background in estate planning
- Exceptional drafting skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with case management systems (CLIO) and legal software
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
