- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association
- Complete Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation (P-CAR) within 6 months of hire
- National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS - NIH Stroke Scale must be completed (within 6 months of hire)
- Tuba City Regional Healthcare does not require your RN to have an AZ state license, RN license from any state is acceptable. Limited housing options. Shared housing units at $600 per month, based on availability. No family or pets allowed.
