We are currently looking for PRN DSP’s starting rate is $22.33 an hour. You must be available to attend a 2-week training session that runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. This is paid training.
- 1st session is from July 13 to July 24
- 2nd session is from August 3 to August 14

This is a PRN part-time position paying $22.33 an hour. Shift times vary. PRN staff must commit to working 2 shifts per month.
Qualifications:Key Responsibilities
- Manage support and services ensuring health and safety for 1-2 individuals in residential and/or wellness day program setting
- Provide direct support with daily living activities, personal care, household tasks, and community participation.
- Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and skill development based on each individual's goals and interests.
- Support individuals in accessing community activities, volunteer opportunities, appointments, and social experiences.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and personalized living environment.
- Implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
- Utilize positive behavior supports and de-escalation techniques when needed.
- Provide transportation and accompany individuals to appointments and activities.
- Complete required documentation, including shift notes and timekeeping records.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
- Perform household cleaning and other duties necessary to support a quality home environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior caregiving, human services, or related experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Accurately punch in and out of time clock through phone application
- Verify timecard as needed in a timely fashion
- Complete required shift notes as instructed by Program Specialist immediately after end of shift
- Participate in yearly training as instructed by Training Coordinator
- Follow organizational policies and procedures
