General Description
$500 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments at 90 days and 6 months of active employment

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving their personal goals and navigating their day-to-day activities. You'll be a trusted partner, offering assistance and guidance "side by side" to foster independence, inclusion, and self-confidence. This role requires patience, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining a supportive and positive environment.
