We are experiencing rapid growth in client products and services which is why we are current expanding to Chicago. We have an opening in our Customer Service department with experience in communication, customer service, retail or hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
