Role Description
We are seeking a Enrollment Specialists for a full-time, in-person sales position in these states: MN, ME, MD, DE, IL, and NY. In this sales role, you will assist individuals in enrolling in community solar programs, guide prospective customers through the enrollment process, and provide exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include educating customers about program benefits, verifying eligibility, managing customer accounts, and ensuring accurate credentialing. You will collaborate with the team to meet enrollment goals and contribute to building a customer-centric experience.
