The Mobile Fleet Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing mobile medical coaches and trailers. This is a fully mobile role, working out of a company-provided service truck and traveling throughout an assigned region.

Position Summary
The Mobile Fleet Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing mobile medical coaches and trailers. This is a fully mobile role, working out of a company-provided service truck and traveling throughout an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
- Service trailers and fleet systems (brakes, suspension, generators, electrical, etc.)
- Complete inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain service records and documentation
- Ensure DOT and safety compliance (including MRI/radiation protocols)
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- DOT Inspection Certificate required
- Experience with fleet or trailer repair and diagnostics
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel (100% regional travel)
- ASE certification, HVAC, or welding/fabrication experience
- Flexible schedule (may include nights/weekends)
- Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using mobile apps for service documentation
