About The Role

As a Licensed Therapist (LCSW/LMHC) in our Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Program, you will play a pivotal role in delivering specialized therapeutic interventions to clients undergoing ketamine-assisted treatment. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health support, helping clients navigate their healing journey.

This position is a 1099 contractual position to start, with the opportunity for full time employment and full benefits in 2024.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW or LMHC license in the state of Florida.
• Certification or specialized training in ketamine-assisted therapy (preferred). We provide training and CEUs for candidates not already certified.
• Demonstrated experience providing outpatient therapy services to individuals with diverse mental health concerns and backgrounds.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed approaches, etc., and ability to tailor interventions to meet clients' specific needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals seeking mental health support.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively, prioritizing client needs and meeting documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in using technology for clinical documentation and communication.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to stay informed about best practices in the field of mental health.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine suitability for ketamine-assisted therapy.
• Monitor ketamine-assisted sessions in a safe and therapeutic Telehealth environment.
• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients undergoing ketamine treatment, utilizing evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure client safety and well-being during ketamine sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating ketamine-assisted therapy with traditional therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed during ketamine sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ketamine-assisted therapy and mental health treatment modalities.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to optimize client outcomes and treatment plans.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in ketamine-assisted therapy and related fields.

This is a 1099 contract position to start. We are growing rapidly and project being able to offer full salary and benefits to employees who are interested in switching from contract to salary. Our goal for this offering is the end of 2024.
