Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role located in Alva, OK. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, ensuring sound fiscal management and adherence to financial regulations. Responsibilities include financial planning, managing budgets, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and providing strategic guidance to align financial goals with organizational objectives. The CFO will collaborate closely with leadership to support growth, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability while maintaining the highest standards of fiscal transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong background in Finance and Analytical Skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration or related field required (Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred)
- Experience in healthcare finance or non-profit settings is a significant advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with modern financial systems and tools
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will be commensurate with skills and experience.
