Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to a family with children that has level 3 autism, nonverbal, and are severe elopement risk. This shift is 4:30pm-8:30pm Sunday- Saturday. Flexibility can be spoken about.
Responsibilities
- Following the routine that is set by the child's family.
- Meal time support
- Serve prepared meals
- Assist with restroom use
- Document all activities
- Clean post-meal area
- Interacting with child
- Clean the child's toys
- Bedtime routine
- Bathing Support
- Light housekeeping
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
