Currently we have an open position for a full-time Member Service Representative (Teller/MSR). In this position you will work at multiple branch locations where you will get to meet lots of new and friendly faces! We will provide training for what you need to know. Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet members
- General banking transactions
- Member account inquiry and maintenance
- Opening new memberships
- Assist members with accessing electronic services
- Recommending products and services
- General office duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
A qualified candidate will provide exceptional service that exceeds member expectations with a warm and welcoming personality. Retail, teller, cash handling, and customer or member service experience is preferred. The candidate will need to be accurate, flexible, dependable and a team player. Wage may be based on prior experience.

- Answer incoming member inquiries
- Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to members in accordance with the company's member service policies
