The Industrial Accounts CSR will support assigned industrial accounts by responding to inquiries, processing orders, managing service requests, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation in company systems. Qualifications
- Strong customer service capabilities, with experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction in an industrial, logistics, or B2B environment.
- Background working as or with Customer Service Representatives, including handling inbound and outbound communications and managing multiple customer requests concurrently.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone and email etiquette.
- Account Management experience, including maintaining account information, coordinating services, and building long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Ability to work on-site in St. Louis, MO, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and CRM or ERP software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with sustainability, recycling, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
