Rapidly growing, global infrastructure support services company based in West Houston (Energy Corridor/Memorial area) is seeking an Associate General Counsel.
This role partners closely with the General Counsel and offers broad exposure across the business, with a primary focus on litigation strategy and litigation management. You’d oversee outside counsel, advise on complex commercial matters, support M&A and compliance initiatives, and play a visible role in shaping legal operations as the company continues to scale.
The team is seeking an attorney with 5 years of experience, a strong litigation background, and comfort working autonomously while collaborating closely with the business.
Prior experience managing litigation and outside counsel as well as industry experience is helpful but not required.
