What You’ll Be Doing:
Property Management Support
- Communicate professionally with prospective and current residents
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
- Help organize leases, renewals, notices, and tenant files
- Track rent payments, reminders, and follow-up items
- Assist with resident relations while using our CRM systems
- Coordinating maintenance with tenants
- Order maintenance supplies for technicians
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate team meetings
Office / Administrative Support
- Handle errands, mailing, maintain office supply purchasing, and follow-up tasks
- Manage schedules, appointments, calls, and emails
- Keep records, documents, and systems organized
- Communicate with team staff, clients, and other vendors via email and phone calling
- Support ownership with projects and day-to-day operation
- Proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence
