Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Duties
- Lead and supervise all phases of general construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and identify potential delays
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining compliance with legal and safety regulations such as OSHA standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety practices, and adherence to specifications using tools like the ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Oversee budgeting activities including cost estimation, tracking expenses with HeavyBid or comparable software, and managing financial reports
- Implement construction estimating procedures to accurately forecast costs and resource needs for upcoming projects
- Supervise construction teams by providing guidance, training on construction site safety protocols, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all work meets industry standards by reviewing schematics and blueprint details thoroughly before execution
Skills

- Extensive experience in construction management with a proven track record supervising large teams on complex projects
- Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools
- Strong knowledge of contracts law, procurement processes, budgeting techniques, and project scheduling methodologies
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise implementation
- Deep understanding of OSHA safety regulations coupled with practical experience enforcing safety protocols on-site
- Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of quality control
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations including electrical testing (Ohmmeter), pipeline work, heavy equipment handling, and general site logistics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of construction planning and execution
