We are looking for a high-energy, Bilingual Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will bridge the communication gap for our diverse customer base, providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining a clean store, and ensuring every customer finds exactly what they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in their preferred language, providing expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Sales Performance: Proactive service and upselling techniques.
- Store Operations: Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle exchanges, and assist with inventory management.
- Merchandising: Maintain a good floor presentation, including restocking, folding, and organizing displays.
- Communication: Act as a primary translator for non-English speaking guests to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal) is required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service. (optional)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a "customer-first" mindset.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and comfort using digital retail tools.
