We offer hormone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight loss, advanced aesthetics, functional nutrition, and IV Therapy. Our clinic provides a welcoming, modern, and holistic environment focused on integrative care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients with kindness and professionalism
Collect and update patient demographic and insurance information
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
Process payments and document visits
Scan and organize patient records and administrative documents
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
Requirements:
Fluency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Positive attitude, discretion, and a strong sense of professionalism
Willingness to learn about functional medicine, wellness, and aesthetic care
