About the Role:We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Park Apartments in Norwalk, CA. This role supports the Community Manager in ensuring smooth property operations, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and maintaining compliance with housing regulations. You will assist with leasing, budgeting, and community engagement initiatives to help create a welcoming environment and maintain high occupancy rates.Responsibilities:Assist in daily operations of the property, leasing, and resident relations.Maintain accurate resident records (move-ins, deposits, rent changes, collections, evictions, move-outs).Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns.Review and submit invoices for contracted services.Conduct regular property inspections for safety and maintenance compliance.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-family property management.
