What You'll Do

As part of our production team, you may:

• Fabricate and process custom architectural glass.
• Operate production equipment and machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare glass for shipment and customer delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work safely while supporting fellow team members.
• Help meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, glass, fabrication, machine operation, or production experience is helpful—but we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs. with assistance when required.
• Ability to work safely around production equipment.
• Ability to wear required PPE.
