Responsibilities
- Welcome guests each morning with a friendly and genuine smile
- Create a warm and welcoming breakfast environment
- Prepare, set up, and replenish breakfast items throughout service
- Monitor food quality, freshness, temperature, and presentation
- Follow proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures
- Keep the breakfast area, tables, counters, equipment, and food stations clean and sanitary at all times
- Monitor supplies and make sure guests have everything they need
- Check on the breakfast area regularly and respond to guest needs promptly
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and maintain an organized environment
- Properly store food and supplies and complete closing procedures
- Follow all applicable food safety and health requirements
- Report equipment, food, or maintenance issues promptly
