Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed, including alcohol and mixers.
- Engage with patrons to enhance their dining experience and promote menu items.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash register operations.
Qualifications
- Proven bartending experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Proficiency in using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Excellent time management and sales skills
- Experience in fine dining and banquet settings
- Strong basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Background in food service and retail math
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
