Summary: We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our residents and guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will help create a lively atmosphere that reflects our vibrant community spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests warmly, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards, supporting food preparation when needed
• Manage responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments with POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
• Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation practices in accordance with health department guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations quickly and effectively
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in the food industry
• Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
