NEMT Dispatcher – Burleson / Fort Worth Area
Shannon NEMT is a family-owned non-emergency medical transportation company built on reliability, compassion, professionalism, and teamwork. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Dispatcher to join our growing operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment while communicating professionally with drivers, facilities, hospitals, and passengers.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- At least one scheduled weekend per month required
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Coordinate transportation trips using dispatch software
- Communicate with drivers, facilities, hospitals, and passengers
- Monitor trip statuses and adjust schedules as needed
- Handle high-volume situations calmly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate trip information and documentation
- Support daily operations to ensure reliable transportation service
Qualifications
