Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding customer auto loan accounts
- Meet with customers in person to review account status and provide solutions
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account issues
- Maintain company standards for delinquency, charge-offs, and collection goals
- Focus on customer retention and positive account outcomes
- Complete deal paperwork and assist with billing and contract processing
- Perform insurance tracking and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service and/or call center environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and build rapport with customers
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
