Job Summary
Manager of the Outpatient Pharmacy will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy. Manager will serve as the Pharmacist-in-charge (PIC). Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the Manager will oversee Clinic drug distribution, Home Infusion, and monitor workflow within Shannon Pharmacy to optimize customer satisfaction. Manager will be responsible for bi-annual inventory and, for complying with Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations. Manager will help ensure that Shannon Pharmacy is supporting strategic initiatives that support Shannon's overall strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
- Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Preferred
- Doctorate degree in Pharmacy
Experience:
- Required
- Five years of experience in a Retail setting
Certification/Licensure:
- Required
- Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)
