Position Summary

The Warehouse Operations Manager is a hands-on leader who is responsible for owning the accuracy, readiness, and execution of all equipment leaving the warehouse for live events. This role leads warehouse operations and team performance to ensure every show is delivered correctly, on time, and at the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in building systems, leading people, and delivering consistent results.

• Accuracy of all outbound equipment for shows
• Warehouse team performance and accountability
• Organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the warehouse
• Inventory accuracy between physical gear and the system
• On-time readiness for all show departures

Key Responsibilities

• Own the preparation and accuracy of all pull-sheets and manifests for shows
• Lead and hold warehouse technicians accountable for performance, accuracy, and deadlines
• Drive process improvements and establish efficient warehouse workflows and order of operations
• Utilize inventory software (Flex5) to ensure all digital manifests match physical loads
• Oversee inventory audits and maintenance schedules across all equipment
• Maintain clear communication with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes, creating and implementing SOPs when opportunities for improvement, standardization, or increased productivity are identified.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5 years in warehouse, logistics, or live event and AV operations
• Strong audiovisual background
• 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience with inventory or rental management software (Flex5 preferred)
• Strong leadership, accountability, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Schedule & Availability

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Due to the nature of the live events industry, flexibility is required, including early morning show departures and occasional after-hours or weekend work during peak seasons.
