Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in luxury residential real estate transactions with professionalism and expertise.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of high-net-worth clients and industry professionals in the Scottsdale area.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and investment insights.
- Coordinate and host private showings, open houses, and luxury property tours to showcase exclusive listings.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to achieve optimal outcomes for clients while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the Shanna Day Team to implement strategic marketing plans, including digital campaigns and luxury branding initiatives.
- Stay current on local market trends, zoning regulations, and luxury real estate developments to advise clients effectively.
- Valid Arizona real estate license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury real estate sales
- Proven track record of closing high-value residential transactions
- Strong knowledge of the Scottsdale luxury real estate market and surrounding areas
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent time management
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to promote listings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
