What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Project Manager(IIT) position at Shanghai Sailybio Biotechnology Co., Ltd?
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End IIT Project Management: Oversee full lifecycle of Investigator-Initiated Trials (IIT), including protocol design, ethics approval, site management, data analysis, and final reporting. Ensure compliance with GCP, NMPA regulations, and company SOPs.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify business opportunities for IIT projects, establish relationships with potential clients (pharmaceutical companies, medical device firms, CROs), and lead contract negotiation, pricing, and revenue collection.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate internal resources (medical, data management, lab teams) and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Manage PBMC preparation and clinical sample collection processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular client check-ins, understand evolving needs, and drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 years in clinical research, with 2 years specifically in IIT project management. 1 year in business development is preferred.
- Skills: Valid GCP certification. Proficient in IIT regulations and protocol development. Strong business negotiation skills and ability to close deals independently. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
