Responsibilities
- System Management: Lead the implementation, upgrade, and daily optimization of core ERP and OA systems.
- Process Alignment: Analyze manufacturing workflows (supply chain, inventory, production, finance) to design efficient automation solutions.
- Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between the ERP, OA, MES, cybersecurity systems, and other critical enterprise information systems.
- User Support: Oversee system training, documentation, and technical support for cross-functional teams to maximize system adoption.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
- Experience:3 years of experience managing IT systems within the manufacturing sector.Proven track record with mainstream ERP platforms and advanced OA/Workflow automation tools.
- Preferred Background: Experience in Enterprise IT System Architecture or IT Operations ＆ Maintenance (O＆M) is a strong plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin (Bilingual English/Mandarin) is highly preferred to facilitate global collaboration.
