Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity at our 83 room-Courtyard Marathon Florida Keys. This hotel is conveniently located on the Florida Bay in Marathon, offering easy access to the area's top destinations, including Aquarium Encounters, Big Pine Key and Key West. We offer our guests a well-equipped fitness center; on-site dining for breakfast, dinner, and cocktails; and an outdoor infinity pool with hot tubs and a tiki bar.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, during the overnight hours.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process all late check-ins and early check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute nightly reports to designated departments/personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
