Our Courtyard St. Petersburg Clearwater/Madeira Beach has everything you have been searching for in a destination hotel—captivating water views, an outdoor pool and terrace and inviting spaces where you can work or relax. We offer 91 modern and well-appointed rooms, which include plush bedding, 39" LCD TVs and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also features a well-equipped fitness center, special event spaces and The Bistro, your destination for a great breakfast, dinner, or sunset cocktails on the outdoor pool terrace.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
