This stunning 126-room property is located within the vibrant McHenry Row development in Baltimore, offering guests a modern and convenient stay in one of the city's most dynamic neighborhoods.
Ideally situated less than one mile from the Maryland Cruise Terminal and less than two miles from M&T Bank Stadium and Horseshoe Casino, our hotel provides easy access to Baltimore's top attractions, entertainment venues, waterfront destinations, and business districts.

- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
