Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain office organization through filing, proofreading, and managing correspondence
- Support administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing using QuickBooks, and document preparation in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with courteous phone etiquette
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
