We are a growing, patient-centered dental practice seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in efficiency, organization, and delivering exceptional patient care.
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can step confidently into a lead assistant role, support clinical flow, and contribute to a structured, team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of dental assisting experience
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and clinical workflows
- Experience assisting with restorative, surgical, and endodontic procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Self-driven with the ability to anticipate needs and stay on task
- Comfortable taking initiative and supporting team accountability
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for a variety of procedures
- Efficient room setup and breakdown
- Instrument sterilization and tray management (primary responsibility)
- Taking diagnostic radiographs independently
- Assisting with temporary restorations
- Maintaining smooth clinical flow and on-time patient care
- Supporting a positive and professional patient experience
