We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Box Office Manager to lead our ticketing operations and guest services team. Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the box office, including ticket sales, reservations, and cash handling procedures
- Lead and motivate a team of ticketing staff and guest service associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee staff performance to maintain high standards of service
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive atmosphere for all visitors
- Maintain accurate reports on ticket sales, attendance figures, and revenue for management review
- Oversee event setup, ticket distribution, and coordination with other departments for smooth event execution
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, cash handling policies, and hospitality standards throughout the venue
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in hospitality venue, or events management setting with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution
- Experience in shift management, report writing, and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with event management systems and ticketing software is preferred
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
