What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service by assisting clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Support with policy updates, billing questions, and account maintenance
- Foster customer retention through proactive outreach and follow-ups
- Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions when appropriate
- Collaborate with agency team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and policies
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Sales-minded approach with a desire to grow and advance professionally
- Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license (we’ll provide support!)
