What You’ll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
- Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored coverage recommendations
- Proactively reach out to prospects and follow up on warm leads
- Deliver excellent service by addressing client questions and resolving concerns
- Present and explain insurance solutions that meet client needs
- Collaborate with agency teammates to achieve and exceed growth goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in insurance, account management, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first approach
- Driven by results and motivated to help others succeed
- Comfortable with sales conversations and recommending solutions
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
