Job : Fence Sales Representative
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $61,000 – $65,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking a Fence Sales Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.
The ideal candidate will generate leads, meet with customers, prepare estimates, and close sales for residential, commercial, and industrial fencing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online outreach
- Meet potential clients, assess fencing needs, and provide accurate estimates
- Present and explain fencing products, materials, and installation options
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Follow up with clients and close sales deals
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure accurate project execution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fencing products, materials, and pricing
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle client inquiries
Requirements
- Experience in sales (construction, home improvement, or fencing preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of fencing types (wood, vinyl, chain-link, iron, etc.) preferred
- Ability to read blueprints or site plans is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- CRM proficiency and basic computer skills

Pay: $54,326.43 - $65,425.38 per year
