About the Role
We are seeking a Landscaping Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crews, coordinate landscape maintenance projects, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role includes scheduling, resource management, client communication, and supporting team performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily landscaping operations and project schedules
- Supervise field teams and ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
- Communicate with clients and resolve service needs
- Maintain quality standards for all landscaping services
- Support hiring, training, and performance development
- Monitor budgets, resources, and productivity
Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or home service industry
