Job Summary:
Manage daily operations of an industrial pump repair shop and lead a team of technicians. Hands-on role.
Required Experience
- Experience managing or supervising a pump repair shop or machine shop
- Experience working with industrial pumps
- Experience leading a team (8–15 people)
- Hands-on experience with manual machining (lathe, mill, drilling, boring)
- Experience with pump disassembly, repair, and assembly
- Experience using ERP or shop management systems
- Experience following and improving SOPs and safety procedures
