Join a $70M roofing brand that's been named a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the U.S. Shamrock Roofing & Construction is growing across the Midwest and South, and we need a motivated, coachable go-getter to represent us in Wichita as a Roofing Sales Project Manager.
This is hands-on, door-to-door sales work — you'll knock doors, inspect roofs, and close deals, then personally manage each project through to completion. Some leads are company-provided, but you should expect to self-generate a good portion of your pipeline. It's a year-round career, not a seasonal gig.
Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on referrals or storm-related leads
- Inspect roofing, gutters, and siding; walk homeowners through findings and options
- Write, present, and close contracts
- Collect payment and oversee the job from contract to completion

Requirements:
What we're looking for:
- 18 years old with a valid driver's license (21 with a clean MVR if you'd like access to a company truck)
- Reliable transportation and your own cell phone
- Physically able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift 50 lbs
- Disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable with outside/D2D sales
- Solid communicator who can juggle several active projects at once
