We hire veterans. Must be comfortable with D2D sales — some company leads are provided, but self-generated leads are expected. Roofing sales is a year-round career.

What you'll do:
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
- Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners
- Write and close roofing contracts
- Collect payment
- Manage the project from start to finish
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license
- Self-starting, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available to those 21 with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Own a cell phone
- Comfortable in outside D2D sales
- Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift 50 lbs without fear of heights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
