Material Runner/ Laborer | Springfield, MO
*Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO. This is an on-site, community-based role — local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.*

Pay: $42,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Pick up construction materials from suppliers and deliver them safely to job sites.
- Verify materials before pickup and delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Return unused materials to suppliers.
- Upload delivery and return documentation into the appropriate job files.
- Retrieve materials and equipment from job sites as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Organize and maintain stock and storage areas.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Assist the Fleet Manager with maintaining company vehicles.
- Help maintain accurate material inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
- Occasional weekend availability as needed
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious.
- Flexible availability, including occasional weekends.
***Must currently live within ~30 miles of Springfield (local candidates recommended)***
Preferred:
- Previous roofing or construction experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
